APPLICATIONS ARE NOW CLOSED
Application and instruction packets are now available to pick up at Community Care Alliance, 68 Cumberland St., and 245 Main St., Woonsocket.
We will be accepting applications for Adopt-A-Family beginning October 1st. We encourage you to apply early. Applications are considered on a first-come, first-served basis.
Applications will be considered for low-income Woonsocket residents with children 12 and under as of December 25, 2024.
When: Tuesdays 2pm-5pm and Wednesdays 9am-1pm from October 1st to November 13th. Open on Election Day November 5th!
Where: Community Care Alliance, 68 Cumberland St., 3rd floor Woonsocket
Please bring the following items to apply:
- Proof of ALL household income (employment/ unemployment, SNAP, SSI benefits, etc.) for every member of the household.
- Picture ID
- Social Security Cards/numbers for ALL Household Members
- Proof of Birth for eligible children
- Mortgage statement, Apartment Lease or Rent Receipt
- Current Utility bill (if you pay your own utilities)
