APPLICATIONS ARE NOW BEING ACCEPTED!

Applications and instruction packets can be picked up at Community Care Alliance, 68 Cumberland St., and 245 Main St., Woonsocket. 

We encourage you to apply early. Applications are considered on a first-come, first-served basis. 

Applications will be considered for low-income Woonsocket residents with children 12 and under as of December 25, 2025.

When: Mondays 9:00am-1:00pm and Wednesdays 2:00-5:00pm from September 29th to November 12th. 

Where:  Community Care Alliance, 68 Cumberland St., 3rd floor Woonsocket

Please bring the following items to apply:

1. Proof of ALL household income (employment/ unemployment, SNAP, SSI benefits, etc.) for every member of the household.
2. Picture ID
3. Social Security Cards/numbers for ALL Household Members
4. Proof of Birth for eligible children
5. Mortgage statement, Apartment Lease or Rent Receipt
6. Current Utility bill (if you pay your own utilities)
